Great News: Sean’s conviction has been overturned, he was freed by the Court of Appeal on Thursday 17th September after serving 17 months of a four and a half year sentence for alleged crimes under the SOCPA (Serious Organised Crime and Police Act). We are not sure if Sean will face a retrial.
